1. Tap the three horizontal lines at the top right of the screen and choose "Settings" from it.

2. Tap "Downloads" option in the settings menu and then tap on "Download Youtube Videos". You can save videos that are saved in your phone's gallery by tapping on a video, holding it and then dragging it to a particular location. Then you will be able to access that video wherever you want, such as a folder or whatever else you want. Likewise, if you want to save videos other than what's saved in your gallery, tap and hold on a video located on your device's media library and drag it where ever you want.
